The postal codes for which the “Islands” shipping rate applies are as follows:

Segreti Sabaudi guarantees safe shipping within 24–48 business hours from receipt of the order, provided that all ordered products are immediately available in stock.
Orders placed during weekends will be processed starting from the following Monday.
To ensure freshness and quality, some products are ordered periodically in limited quantities. If any of the ordered products are unavailable or supplied directly by the producer (6–10 or 7–14 business days), and this is not indicated in the order confirmation email, you will be contacted by Segreti Sabaudi Customer Service.
To ensure a tracked shipping service with the best quality/price ratio, shipping is handled as follows: within 24–48 business hours from order fulfillment, the shipping service will send you an email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor delivery in real time.
Although Segreti Sabaudi provides your phone number to the courier, telephone contact cannot be guaranteed, as the delivery service operates independently from our systems and is subject solely to the discretion of the driver.
With standard shipping, it is not possible to select preferred delivery time slots. Upon specific request, additional services may be available, such as priority delivery, delivery to upper floors, or scheduled appointments.
Shipping Address
Segreti Sabaudi delivers directly to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Customers are therefore requested to pay the utmost attention when entering the shipping address during order confirmation.
Tracking
More precise delivery time information will be available in the shipping tracking email, which is automatically sent upon order fulfillment.
Segreti Sabaudi is not responsible for any damage and/or misconduct occurring during transport, which is solely attributable to the courier.
In any case, Segreti Sabaudi Customer Service remains available to assist the Customer.
Packaging
Segreti Sabaudi pays particular attention to product packaging.
Products are packed according to their type and size using dedicated packaging materials. Each product is separated from the rest of the order with appropriate protective materials, boxed, and shipped via courier.
Failed Delivery
For delivery to be completed, the customer or an appointed representative must be present at the address indicated in the order.
If the customer or appointed person is absent or insolvent, the customer will be charged (including on subsequent orders) for delivery costs, storage fees, and any products that can no longer be resold.
Segreti Sabaudi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by events beyond its control (e.g. strikes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters).
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is requested to check:

that the number of parcels indicated on the delivery note, DDT or invoice corresponds to those delivered;

that the package is intact and undamaged.
Any claims must be reported to the courier by marking “RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION” on the signed delivery note; otherwise, the package will be considered correctly delivered.
Prices and Payment Methods
All product prices displayed in euros (€) on www.cantinasabauda.com include VAT, where applicable.
Any shipping and delivery costs will be clearly indicated at the time of order confirmation and before payment.
Prices applied are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Product prices may change; therefore, prices shown on the website at any given time supersede all previous prices.
Payment for purchased products, together with delivery costs, must be made by the Customer at the time of the online order using the available payment methods.
Right of Withdrawal, Exceptions and Return Policy
Subject to the exceptions listed below, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order, without providing any reason, within 14 business days from the date the ordered product is shipped and/or delivered (or the last product in the case of separate deliveries).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be sent before the expiry of the 14-day period and the product must be returned to the registered office of Regia Compagnia – Noli (SV).

Customer Service.
Each bottle has its own storage history and has been inspected by the Segreti Sabaudi team prior to sale. For bottles stored for many years, perfect preservation cannot be guaranteed. However, Segreti Sabaudi guarantees that the condition of the bottle corresponds exactly to the description and photographs shown on the product page.
Any right to compensation or damages, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons or property resulting from the refusal, even partial, of an order, is excluded.
Effects of Withdrawal
All payments received for the product subject to withdrawal will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No additional costs will be charged as a result of the refund.
The Customer must return the products to the registered office of Regia Compagnia within 14 business days from the date of withdrawal notification, bearing the direct costs of return.
The Customer may be held liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery, or goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
-
supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
service contracts after full performance of the service by Segreti Sabaudi, where the Customer has expressly agreed to the execution and accepted the loss of the right of withdrawal;
-
supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion, whose delivery can only take place after thirty days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of Segreti Sabaudi.
Return Policy
In addition to statutory rights, products sold by Segreti Sabaudi may be returned to Regia Compagnia within 14 days of delivery, subject to the above exceptions, provided they are intact and in the same condition as delivered.
To return a product, please contact us by email or phone.
Segreti Sabaudi will refund only the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs incurred to receive the returned item will not be refunded. Return shipping costs and transport risks remain entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
These conditions are additional and do not prejudice your statutory rights or the 14-day withdrawal right described above.
Important Notice
This “Shipping and Payment Methods” information is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms of Service.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and, where applicable, services via the website when Segreti Sabaudi operates as the seller. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
Customers are invited to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before making any purchase. By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Always Anonymous Shipping
All shipments made by Segreti Sabaudi are always anonymous by default, with no action or request required from the Customer.
The confidentiality of the sender, the contents of the package, and the purpose of the purchase is an integral part of the service provided.
Anonymity Features

No visible reference to Segreti Sabaudi, the Regia Compagnia, or the contents of the package appears on the outer packaging, except for information strictly required for logistical and legal purposes.

No commercial documents, invoices, receipts, promotional materials, or seller-identifying communications are included inside the package.

The packaging is neutral, discreet, and free of distinctive markings.
Invoicing and Documentation

Where required by applicable law or expressly requested by the Customer, the electronic invoice is issued exclusively in digital format and sent to the email address provided during checkout.

No fiscal or administrative documentation is enclosed in the shipment.
Tracking and Data

Shipment tracking information is communicated exclusively to the Customer who placed the order.

Information relating to the sender, the Customer, and the contents of the shipment is stored solely within the internal systems of the Regia Compagnia and by third parties involved in the delivery process (e.g. couriers), only to the extent strictly necessary to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.

Such information is not accessible to the recipient, unless the recipient and the Customer are the same person.
Limits of Anonymity

Anonymity is guaranteed towards the final recipient and unauthorized third parties, but cannot be assertedagainst competent authorities, carriers, or entities entitled by law.

The service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes, including violations of tax, customs, or export control regulations.
Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

In cases of failed delivery, storage, or return, anonymity does not exempt the Customer from the costs and responsibilities set out in these terms and conditions.
